This Privacy Policy explains how meno (meno.us.com, app.meno.us.com, and related services) collects, uses, and shares information. By using the site or app, you agree to this policy and our Terms & Conditions. Questions: support@meno.us.com.
Who this covers
Account holders are people who sign up for and use meno. End-users are the contacts, leads, members, or guests you message through the service. We treat end-user data as customer data that we process to run the product for you—not as a list for our own marketing.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use meno, we may collect:
- Account details — name, email, login identifiers, and profile information you provide.
- Contacts and event data — names, phone numbers, emails, groups, notes, and related details you upload or enter.
- Messages and activity — message content, send/receive metadata, schedules, and product usage needed to deliver and support messaging and playbooks.
- Billing information — plan, purchase, and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device/app info, dates and times, referring pages, and request paths in logs. After you create an account, we may associate technical data with your account for security and reliability. We also use cookies and similar technologies for sessions, preferences, and product analytics (including page views and session recordings of product usage, with form fields masked where applicable). You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work without them.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the CRM, playbook, and messaging services
- Create and administer accounts, confirmations, and support
- Detect and address fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues
- Comply with law and fulfill our contracts with you
- Send service and product updates to account holders (message and data rates may apply if you gave us a phone number)
- Run analysis—including automated systems and optional AI drafting features—to improve the product and your experience
- Provide usage insights where applicable
End-users and messaging
Recipients may receive an initial message to confirm they want your texts when the law requires it. After that, outbound messages are from you (the account holder), not marketing from meno.
We do not sell end-users’ phone numbers. We do not send our own marketing messages to your contacts. We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
You are responsible for having permission to contact the people you add and message. See our Terms for messaging rules.
Sharing and service providers
We share data with vendors who help us operate meno—for example hosting, databases and authentication, payment processing, messaging carriers/providers, product analytics, and AI inference for optional draft features. They process data on our behalf under their policies and our agreements with them. Examples we may use include hosting (e.g. Fly.io), database and auth (e.g. Supabase), messaging (e.g. Twilio or Vonage), product analytics (e.g. PostHog), and payment processors for checkout.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar corporate transaction. This policy does not cover third-party websites linked from meno; those sites have their own policies.
Retention and deletion
We keep account, contact, and message data as long as needed to run the service, support you, meet legal obligations, and understand product usage. If you or an end-user want information deleted, email support@meno.us.com and we will use reasonable efforts to remove it where we can, subject to backups, legal holds, and what we must retain to operate or comply with law.
For event-related solutions (for example, weddings and other single-event workspaces), we retain account, contact, and message data for up to 90 days after the event concludes, after which we may delete it, subject to backups, legal holds, and what we must retain to operate or comply with law. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing support@meno.us.com.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you should protect your account credentials and choose a strong password.
Children
meno is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have such information, contact us and we will use reasonable efforts to delete it.
Scope
This policy applies to information collected through our website and applications. It does not apply to information collected offline or through channels unrelated to meno.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version applies when published on this page. Please check back periodically.
